Northframe designs and delivers custom training for organisations that want targeted, high-impact development — not an off-the-shelf course. Whether for a department, a project team, or a selected cohort of senior leaders, we tailor every element to your institutional context and strategic goals.

All in-house programmes require a minimum of 10 participants. Our facilitators come to you — all we ask is that your organisation arranges accommodation for at least two Northframe consultants for the duration of the programme.
